Account Deletion & Data Request
At 22CIRCLE, we respect your privacy. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
To initiate a deletion request, please use one of the following methods:
- Web: Visit Profile → Delete Account to request account deletion. or visit https://22circle.com/profile/deletion.
- Email Request: If you cannot access the app or web, email us at [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
Data Handling and Retention Periods
Upon receiving your request, your data will be handled as follows:

| Personal Profile (Name, Email, Phone) | Permanently Deleted | Immediately (up to 30 days for backups) |
| User-Generated Content (Posts, Media) | Permanently Deleted | Immediately |
| Usage Logs & Analytics | Anonymized | 90 days |
| Financial/Transaction Records | Archived for Legal Compliance | 7 years (as required by law) |
Important Information
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. While most data is removed immediately, it may take up to 30 days for all information to be completely purged from our secure backup systems.
